Peret started practicing yoga in 2006 to regain flexibility after a hip replacement surgery. After her first class she realized that yoga is about so much more than flexibility. She was hooked and found herself on a spiritual journey that brought her to teacher training at Axis Yoga in 2011. She has studied Hatha, Vinyasa, Iyengar, Anusara and Restorative Yoga.She is deeply interested in helping people find balance and strength through yoga and meditation. Having overcome her own personal struggles with health through the practice of yoga, she finds a lot of joy in teaching people how to reconnect with their bodies and heal themselves.
